To update the copy and imagery within any automated or ‘trigger’ email communications, log in to the admin panel and click on the ‘Messaging’ option in the menu bar. From here, you will see a full list of email communications and within each one, you can see the rule by which it is triggered (such as if a user has not logged in for X days). 

You can update the copy and, in some cases, where there is a primary image you can upload a new image too. Once updated, click ‘Save’ and it will save the updated communication. If you ever wish to view a communication, click on the ‘Preview’ button, to view the email.
