To schedule a new mentoring meeting, simply click on the ‘Schedule a Meeting’ bar at the bottom of the screen. This will open a dialogue box where you can select a date, time, time zone and mentoring meeting length. This can be integrated with your calendars, showing times when both of you are available. You can also add your notes and agenda here. 

As is best practice with mentoring, we would recommend meetings and mentoring agendas are scheduled and led by the mentee for the most part.



You can choose whether to meet in person or through video call. There is a PushFar video application within the platform, or if you prefer, you can integrate Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meets also.
Your discussions, messages, meeting notes and conversations between mentor/mentee are all private and confidential, these are not viewable by administrators. 


You can also log past meetings through the platform on the same page, by clicking 'log past meeting' and inputting the details -


You will receive email notifications of any meeting requests or actions you need to take, along with push notifications through our apps. If you are not receiving these then it may be your firewall settings. If they are not showing in your junk/spam folder, you may need to contact your organisations IT department and ask them to whitelist the email info@pushfar.com
